Once again I am making changes for my rotation. I really enjoy following some sort of a rotation, I need to have different projects on the go at the same time but I do need to have them arranged in some way. For the remaining of the year 2008 and for next year 2009 I will be focusing on stitching for myself mainly. I will be participating in a very few exchanges and I will be stitching from my stash. I went through my stash a couple of weeks ago and while doing it I came across some projects that I have fully kitted that I would really like to stitch. So I have come up with an idea, it is a crazy idea but at the same time it is a fun idea. And some time ago someone reminded me that stitching is my hobbie and it is meant to be fun so here we go.
I have divided the week into 3 categories. And I have something planned for each day of the week.
Mondays: Exchanges and Knitting projects
Tuesdays: Focus project - Nature’s Home Afghan by Stoney Creek (UFO nights at Jayne’s Attic MB)
Wednesdays: Rotation
Thursday: Rotation
Fridays: Rotation
Saturdays: Rotation
Sundays: Exchanges and Knitting projects
And I have made some plans for the rotation. I will be working the rotation into 4 groups, each with 5 projects. Three of the projects will be WIP’s that I have already started and two projects will be brand new in each group. Round 1 of my rotation I will be working my way through Group 1. Round 2 I will start back at Group 1 and work through Group 1 and 2. Round 3 I will start back at Group 1 and work through Group 1, 2 and 3. And the last round of my rotation Round 4 I will start back at Group 1 and work through Group 1, 2, 3 and 4. Hope it does not sound too complicated. My plan is to work at each project for the maximum of 10 hours each time. Some of my WIP’s only have very little left to finish so they won’t even take that long to finish. WIP’s will be replaced by WIP’s until I have gone through my stash of WIP’s and New Starts will be replaced by New Starts in the same manner.

Sounds good, Edda, very organized, and you chose some great designs. I love LHN and I have found the Warwickshire Ring (Memory Lane?), it’s lovely.
Very nice information. Thanks for the time put into the blog you wrote.
