Now I have all obligatory stitching behind me and I have decided as so many have to make the year 2008 a year that I mainly stitch for myself things that I really want to stitch. I rewamped my rotation the last days of 2007 and I´ve put my desired projects into 5 groups of 4 projects and will introduce them into my routine one group at a time. I have started working on my rotation and you can see what I have planned in the sidebar to the right. I am going to put a photo album with progress pictures of each project that I am working on so that it will be easier for me to see the progress I make.
My first project was Nature´s Home Afghan by Stoney Creek. I fell in love with this project a couple of years ago. Few of the ladies in my sewing group were working on this (2 have already finished theirs) and I just had to do it. It is going very slowly but I want to get as far with it this year as possible. I have decided to work on each project in my rotation for a roughly 10 hours each time it comes up. I have finished the work on Nature´s Home afghan and have got some pictures to show you. I got quite a lot accomplished, did manage to finish off yet another block and started a new one.
