I did get some stitching done on my UFO project – the Bucilla Santa. I mainly worked on the christmas tree tonight and did see some change. I am slowly getting closer to the finish. Here are the pictures.
This one is taken before tonight.
And this one is taken after tonights stitching.
I spent most part of the weekend knitting a new pair of socks for Hjalmfridur Briet as she needed a new pair. Here is what I came up with this time. I enjoy knitting something in between my stitching.
And I received a wonderful exchange in the mail today. This was a Return Exchange from Wendy Jo in the USA. This was via the Crazy Exchange group.
I received this beautiful pinkeep.
And Wendy Jo put in some extras for me as well. I receive a pattern from my wishlist – A rooster by JBW Designs. I received the thread recommended to stitch it with as well as more threads in beautiful red colours. And a red ribbon that I just love and can see used for finishing in the future. Thank you ever so much for this wonderful exchange Wendy Jo.
Great progress on the UFO Edda. I love those socks, they look so comfy, unfortunately my knitting is very plain and basic LOL.
Great exch gift, lucky you
