Well, we are back after a very nice time together. The party was just great and we were able to spend some quality time together just the two of us, just what we needed. Guðrún María looked after the girls while we were away and I think they had good times together. 🙂 But it is always great to be back home again. When we left the hotel to drive back home this morning it was snowing, but the snow quickly turned to rain and all the snow is gone now. I think it is a bit too early for the snow. 🙂
I did mention in the topic of this blog that I had lots to show. I found out last week that Joke had received my autumn exchange. I made her a biscornu and a scissor fob. And I sent some extras with the exchange, you can see a picture of the whole exchange on Joke’s blog. Here are pictures of the items I stitched for her.
The patterns come from “The Fall Collection” by Anita Diamond

The fabric is scrap linen that I had
The thread is Carrie’s Creation thread called Pumpkin CiderAnd on Saturday I found out that Marne had also received my Autumn Exchange. I had only signed up for one Autumn Exchange at the Crazy Exchange Group but when one of the ladies had to drop out I stepped in and stitched for Marne too. I really enjoyed it. I also made a biscornu and a scissor fob for Marne. You can visit Marne’s blog to see the full exchange but I’ll show you pictures of the stitched items here.
